HOTEL REGULATIONS
1.
A hotel room is rented for days.
2.
The hotel day lasts from 15:00 to 12:00
3.
If the Guest does not specify the length of stay, when renting a room, it is assumed that the room is rented for one day.
4.
Request to extend the stay or shorten the period specified on the day of arrival,
The hotel guest should report it at the reception by 11:00 on the day on which the room rental period expires.
5.
The hotel takes into account the wishes of extending the stay as far as possible.
6.
The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard.
In the event of any reservations regarding the quality of services, please report them to the reception as soon as possible, which will enable us to react immediately.
7.
The hotel is obliged to provide:
• conditions for full and unhindered rest for the Guest;
• safety of stay, including keeping information about the Guest secret;
• professional and courteous service;
• cleaning the room and carrying out the necessary repairs of the devices during the Guest’s absence, and in the case of the Guest’s presence only if he agrees and wishes;
• if possible, a different room or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience when the defects in the room cannot be removed
8.
At the Guest’s request, the hotel provides the following services free of charge:
• providing information related to the stay and travel;
• wake up at the appointed time;
• storing the luggage of guests checked in at the hotel;
9.
The hotel is responsible for the loss or damage of items brought by persons using its services to the extent specified in the provisions of Art. 846-849 of the Civil Code, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
10.
The guest should notify the hotel reception about the damage immediately after its discovery.
11.
The hotel’s liability for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value is limited if these items are not deposited at the reception desk.
12.
The hotel is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle
belonging to the Guest located outside the monitored hotel car park.
13.
The hotel guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of the hotel equipment and technical devices caused by his fault
or the fault of people visiting him.
14.
Each time leaving the room, the Guest should check if the door is locked and leave the key at the reception desk.
15.
The hotel guest cannot transfer the room to a third party, even if the period has not expired,
for which he has paid the fee due for the stay.
16.
People who are not checked-in at the hotel may stay in a hotel room from 7:00 to 22:00.
18.
There is a curfew in the hotel from 22:00 to 7:00
19.
Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, electric irons and other similar devices that are not part of the hotel room equipment.
20.
The hotel may refuse to accept the Guest,
who grossly violated the hotel regulations during the previous stay
causing damage to hotel property or guests, or damage to the person of Guests, hotel employees or other people staying at the hotel, or otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of Guests
or the operation of the hotel.
21.
Personal belongings left in the hotel room by the departing guest will be sent to the address indicated by the guest. In the event of not receiving such an instruction, the hotel will store these items for 3 months.

Mini bar
Each room has a mini bar with an attached price list.
Settlement takes place at check-out.
Visitors
Visitors to hotel guests are asked to vacate their room before 22:00.
A fee will be charged for guests staying in the room after 22:00
according to the price list at the reception.
Washing and ironing
To order a washing or ironing service, please contact the reception – tel. 700.
You will find the price list for services in the room.

Breakfasts are served in the Weranda restaurant
Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 10:00 am
Saturday – Sunday and holidays 8:00 am – 11:00 am

FIRE SAFETY INFORMATION
WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF FIRE
If a fire occurs in your room and you are unable to control it:
• leave the room immediately, making sure that the door to it is closed.
• use the manual call point located in the hotel corridor if smoke starts to escape into the corridor
If you hear a fire alarm or evacuation message:
• leave the room immediately, making sure that the door to it is closed.
• immediately go to the nearest marked emergency exit doors, marked emergency cages. Do not use the elevator.
• do not return to the hotel room despite leaving your personal belongings there.
In the event of smoke on the escape route, and you cannot withdraw to the hotel room or other safe zone:
• walk along this road in a bent position, try to keep your head as low as possible on the floor, cover your mouth with a damp cloth.
• move along the wall so as not to lose track of the direction of the escape.
If, due to your disability or health condition, you are unable to evacuate from the hotel floor on your own, contact the Reception immediately by calling – 700, or use a manual fire call point located in the hotel corridor.
